Terms and Conditions of Enrollment

Refund Policy Acknowledgment 

By signing this contract, I acknowledge that I have reviewed and understand Clonlara School’s Refund Policy. I agree to the terms outlined in the policy, including the conditions under which tuition, fees, or deposits may be refundable or non‑refundable. I understand that the Refund Policy is available to me at any time through Clonlara’s published parent resources. 

Data Protection & Privacy Notice 

Clonlara School is the data controller for enrollment and education services. We process personal data as necessary to deliver our educational program and administer your contract, and as set out in our Privacy Notice. The Privacy Notice explains, in accordance with Articles 12–13 GDPR, our purposes and lawful bases for processing, our retention practices, recipients (including service providers), any international transfers and safeguards, your rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and how to contact us or lodge a complaint), and our handling of special category data where applicable. Please review the Privacy Notice before signing. By signing, you acknowledge you have access to this information. 

Accreditation and Academic Guidance 

Clonlara School is an accredited, private American school that supports students in meeting graduation requirements through personalized learning. Students with specific post‑secondary goals agree to inform their advising team so appropriate guidance can be provided. 

Recognition of Academic Documents 

Clonlara’s records and graduation documents are accepted by many universities, schools, and government agencies. These documents may support admission to institutions in the United States and in other countries. However, families are responsible for researching the laws, requirements, and admissions procedures in their country of residence and in any country where the student intends to pursue further study. Clonlara cannot guarantee acceptance of its documents by all institutions or authorities.
 

Academic and Program Expectations 

By signing this contract, I acknowledge that I understand the expectations of Clonlara’s program, including the personalized learning approach, active participation in coursework, timely communication with advisors, and fulfilment of all academic responsibilities. I agree to support my student’s engagement and progress throughout the school year. 

Legal Guardian Confirmation 

By signing this contract, I confirm that I am legally authorized to enroll this student and to make educational and financial decisions on their behalf. I also confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. 

E‑Signature Authorization 

By providing my electronic signature, I understand and agree that my e‑signature has the same legal validity and effect as a handwritten signature. I acknowledge that my e‑signature confirms my agreement to the terms of this contract and all associated policies.
