International Academic Advisor Consultant (Remote, French Speaking)
Are you fluent in French and English, excited about personalized learning, and someone who sees the world as a limitless classroom? Do you thrive in environments where students lead their own learning instead of following rigid schedules? If you’re a lifelong learner who enjoys sharing your interests and guiding others through inquiry, you may be a great fit for our team.
As a French‑Speaking Advisor, you’ll work as an independent contractor supporting Clonlara families in the French‑speaking market. You’ll provide educational guidance and customer support in their local language and time zone throughout the academic year.

HR Assistant (Remote, U.S.- Based)
Are you a detail‑oriented, people‑focused professional who enjoys supporting hiring, onboarding, and HR operations? Clonlara School is seeking an HR Assistant to help manage key administrative and recruiting processes that keep our organization running smoothly.
We’re looking for someone with experience in HR support, recruiting coordination, or administrative roles. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling confidential information, managing documentation, and communicating with applicants and staff.

Elementary Teacher/ English-speaking (On-site, Idanha Campus)
Clonlara School Idanha is seeking a native English-speaking Elementary Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year to work with a multiage, student-centered environment (1st to 4th grade).
You will work in close collaboration with colleagues, including co-teaching in a shared learning space at times.
This role emphasizes hands-on, inquiry-based learning and project work using Clonlara’s Full Circle Learning (FCL) process.

Elementary Teacher/ Portuguese-speaking (On-site, Idanha Campus)
Clonlara School Idanha is seeking a native Portuguese-speaking Elementary Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year to work with a multiage, student-centered environment (1st to 4th grade).

U.S. Program Coordinator ( Remote, U.S.)
Join Clonlara School as our U.S. Program Coordinator and help lead our largest off-campus program, supporting a team of experienced advisors who serve more than 500 students worldwide.
We’re looking for someone who has coordinated or led educational efforts, whether in a school, homeschool collective, nonprofit, or community setting—and who understands the value of autonomy, flexibility, and individualized learning. If you’ve led teams with empathy and purpose and are excited to support families in creating meaningful learning journeys, we’d love to hear from you.

Technology Support Specialist ( Hybrid, Ann Arbor Campus)
Clonlara School is seeking a part-time Technology Support Specialist to provide technical support for our staff, students, and families while also assisting with small technology projects. This role is designed for an experienced support professional who will share support responsibilities, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and provide on-campus and remote technology support. The Support Specialist ensures day-to-day support runs smoothly and contributes to the overall effectiveness of Clonlara’s technology resources.

Microsoft 365 Administrator (Remote, Michigan/ Ohio)
Clonlara School is seeking a Microsoft 365 Administrator to oversee the daily administration, support, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Power Platform. As the organization’s Subject Matter Expert, this role manages licensing, user lifecycle, and projects that support Clonlara’s strategic IT initiatives.

Business Systems Administrator ( Hybrid, Ann Arbor Campus)
Clonlara School is seeking an experienced Business Systems Administrator to lead technology improvement projects, administer technology systems, and provide technical support for our staff, students, and families. This role combines project leadership, systems administration, and technical support to ensure our technology resources are reliable, effective, and continuously improving.

English Teacher & Middle School Homeroom Teacher (On-site, Ann Arbor Campus)
Clonlara School is seeking a certified English Teacher and Middle School Homeroom Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year in a multiage, learner-centered environment. You’ll work in close cooperation with the high school teacher, sometimes co-teaching in a shared space.

Afterschool Care Provider (On-site, Ann Arbor Campus)
Clonlara School is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Afterschool Care Provider to join our Ann Arbor Campus team. This part-time role supports students during afterschool hours through enrichment activities, open play, and community-building experiences. You’ll work closely with our campus staff to ensure a safe, engaging, and joyful environment for all learners

Director of Admissions ( Remote, U.S.)
Clonlara School is seeking an experienced Director of Admissions to lead our global admissions strategy, manage a global team, and ensure a warm, high‑integrity experience for families from inquiry through enrollment. This role blends team leadership, process design, and data‑driven enrollment management to strengthen our admissions approach and support all Clonlara programs. The Director of Admissions will oversee admissions operations, partner closely with Marketing & Outreach and program coordinators, and drive continuous improvement in workflows, communication, and reporting to help Clonlara reach and serve families around the world.
