By Clonlara School
If “a simple line painted with the brush can lead to freedom and happiness,” as Joan Miró said, then the work of Clonlara’s talented student artists can certainly bring joy, even in these challenging times.
Each year, Clonlara showcases the imagination and creativity of our students around the world through our Global Art Show. Although we could not be together in person this year due to the coronavirus, we invite you to experience our students’ amazing contributions through this virtual gallery.
Take as much time as you need to pause (the video), gaze, and wonder. No one will be annoyed by you blocking their view!
The “exhibit” features works by more than 60 Clonlara students from 14 different countries as well as a musical performance (below). We are grateful to all of the artists for inspiring us through their wonderful creations, and to the members of the Clonlara community who support their work!
As always, the drawings, paintings, photography, music, and more featured in this year’s art show highlight the unique perspectives and diversity of our students. They are examples of what is possible when Clonlara students around the world have the freedom to follow their interests and craft an education that works for them.
We hope this exhibit brings you joy! If you have a message for our talented artists or other comments about the show, please share them below.
