Marian is the anchor and the inspiration for the Youngers. She is a former Head Start Director, an early childhood teacher, a mom. We think Marian has the toughest job at Clonlara – essentially, she develops individual curricula for all Youngers and then mentors each student to be the most creative, the most eager, the most informed and the most comfortable person they can be. When Youngers learn and explore and create and collaborate, they are ready to move on to Middles with all the skills and attitudes they need.
